My name is Heather and I am a former weight-loss motivational speaker. I have struggled with weight my whole life EVEN as I was speaking on the subject telling others how to lose it. I spent the first half of my life anywhere from 50 to 80 pounds overweight. I know how to lose weight because I have lost it SO many times always having trouble keeping it off - but not anymore! This program is very exciting, simple to understand, and scientifically based on how our bodies work. This is a LIFESTYLE not a diet because diets DON'T work!
